The winner Rafael Correa promised to cut ties with international Lenders who treats Equadorians as commodities rather than as humans. His campaign call to limit foreign debts payment warries washington and would not like to see another Hugo Chavez mark two on there backyard.
They would have preferred the Banana Business Tycoon with leaning to US Alvaro Noboa who claims to have been sent by God to save the poor promising during his campaign that he will give each disable person a wheel chair if he is elected president.
While Rafael Correa the winner promised during campaign to cut ties with the World Bank and IMF and he described President Bush dimwitted and also promised to hold referendum to rewrite the Contitution to reduce the power of traditional Parties and limit US military activities in Equador
The Washington leaning Alvaro Noboa was waiting for God Devine intervention to declare him a winner as he claims to have been sent by God. He did not concede defeat as he was still waiting for the final ballot box to arrive.
US Foreign Policy
The US foreign Policy is now on trial throughout the world, it is beginning to emerge that many countries are prepared to defy US mighty power. The foriegn Policy is driving some countries to the left and the damage that will come out of these is the birth of extremist in many countries and that will lead to a dangerous countries like Iraq.

North Korea has been put under pressure by the United States by remain defiance. The United State are relying on china to influence North Korea to abondon its nuclear stategy.

Iran has defied the United States on its nuclear energy policy., whether they intend to develop a nuclear bomb or not is subject for discussion but the fact remain that Iran does not fear United States. There are many countries in the region who also want to start nuclear energy programme.

OECD rates Zimbabwe Education among top three in Africa
Zimbabwe Education is rated among the top three in Africa according to the global ranking by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) latest edition of Global education published in September each year,
The Zimbabwe quality of education in secondary School is rated third in Africa. behind Tunisia and Kenya and it is ranked thirty nine in the world.
Zimbabwe Education in areas such as Math and Science is ranked seventy in the world and only comes behind Morocco and Benin who are ranked forty nine and fifty five respectively in Africa. Zimbabweans are rated among the top on the continent and around the global.. The Zimbabwe Education is acceptable in many part of the world and most zimbabweans are in executive position in South Africa and many part of the world.

Britain branded new fraud capital of Europe
More than seven million people in United Kingdom has been affected by card fraud according to Research from the European Security Transport Association (ESTA) The research found that nearly 20 percent of the adult population in UK has at one time been targeted as part of scam on credit or debt fraud.
This put United kingdom as the new capital card fraud of Europe. with more people likely to be at risk of becoming a victim compared to adults in seven other European Countries polled as part of the survey.
Another Study by the European Commission found that almost a third of card fraud victims are more likely not to be reimbursed for their loss by the Card Servise Provider dispite making a claim to the bank.
The use of card was meant to solve the problem of carrying cash which is a high risk and the introduction of chip and pin was meant to reduce card fraud. It looks as criminals move with technology and there is no hiding place. European Security Transport Association (ESTA) is calling for the retention of cash use while the financil institutions across the continent are pushing for the greater use for non cash payments.
There are many factors that has contributed to the increase of Card fraud, the banks sort to cut cost at the the expense of customers by transfering their call centre to foreign Countries, to mention one is India, that has created many problems. The security of customers has been compromised and we all know that different countries has different level of corruption.
We have seen on our televisions personal data for clients been sold in India. How does the banks deal with such problems and how do they ensure that this data will not end up used, The fact that someone is prepared to buy the data, it goes without reasons that they are buying it for a specific purpose and in most cases to access clients details and commit fraud.
The banks has a duty of care to ensure that they take precautional measure to vet retails industry or the so called business who are authorised by banks as retailers. while on the other hand customers must also take precautional measure to protect the use of there cards. one way would be to reduce the use of the card on telephone purchases unless you are buying an established service .
Use of non cash payment.
While the Financial Institutions are pushing for a non cash payment, the problem is, there are milions of peopes who do not have a bank accounts and there rely on cash, the banks demand some unnecessary details to open an account and this only make life difficult to those who are working and they want to receive there money through the bank or the employer pays direct into a bank account. The majority end up paying into a relative or friend Bank account, if this action is meant to solve crimes, Opening an account does not give problems to criminals. if they can access data been held by the banks , it would be easier for the criminals to have an account.
The banks and the Government must come together and look at ways of dealing with this issue before it gets worse.

Tourist missing Voctoria Falls (Zimbabwe)
Victoria Fall is one of the best tourist attraction in the world. It is regretable most of the tourists do no understand about Zimbabwe. They read in the media about few things that are never explained. Zimbabwean is a very welcoming nation and the people care about anyone visiti9ng Zimbabwe. Those who have visited Zimbabwe will always want to go beck.
The Victoria Falls is amongst the best historical place in the world where the fall drop to more than a mile and the mist cleated by the water fall is captured on every camera of anyone who visit the falls.
There are many risk places in the world which cannot be campered to Zimbabwe, but tourist still flock to these places.even the risk in high than visiting zimbabwe.
I wonder why so many people do not take change and see for themself how wonderfull the place is. The world will one day realise that they have been missing something about this wonders of the world.

Nancy Pelosi elected next House Speaker.
Nancy Pelosi who at one time discribed President Bush as dangerous was elected as House of Representative next speaker She will be the third in line if anything happen to President Bush and Dick Chenney. She will asume the position of President of the United states.
She is the first woman to be House Speaker. She made her first major decision before taking over in January. She weighed in on today's divisive leadership issue by backing confidante Rep. John Murtha, an outspoken critic of the war on Iraq, over longtime rival Rep. Steny Hoyer, for House majority leader.
Both Murtha, of Pennsylvania, and Hoyer, of Maryland, claimed to have the votes to win going into today's secret balloting behind closed doors.

The Diamond Rush Zimbabwe (Marange)
The Eastern part of Zimbabwe has been griped with the diamond Rush in a rural area under chief Marange. Many people in Zimbabwe have been flocking to dig Industrial Diamonds. Some people comes as far as Botwana, South Africa, Mozambique and Malawi to name a few places.
The Government has been buying the Diamonds through Minneral marketing Board but it seems they may run out of money. it is claimed that more that fifteen thousand people at one time were camping at the site.
One source claimed that we used to have three buses going to Marange now we are seeing thirty buses going to the diamond rush. and another source claimed , house maids and Garden staff are disapearing from work going to the diamond rush. it is even difficult to recruit maid and garden staff.
The Government is trying to manage the diamond rush by granting Permit to people. This may help to enpower the people of Zimbabwe and improve there quality of life .

The United States voters have signaled that they need a change in the world of politics. Whether there will be a change or not is not the issue for debate. The Bush Administration has lost the two power houses for US politics. We begin to see the soften of the tone from President Bush. The que for the Fall guys is already there, The Defence Secretary Rumsfeld has been replaced or fired what ever you may want to call it. Next in line is Bolton at the United Nation, The Democrats may not want him with his Neo con aggression policies. There view him as the architect of the neo cons in the Bush Administration. and neo con believes that the world can be change but world is moving to the opposite direction because United States has been viewed as a bully boy when dealing with other countries, The resentment has been building over the last four decade when US used to interfere with domestic leadership and politics for other countries. you can name a dozen countries and this is still going on. .
The 9/11 was used to perue a policy of aggression and attack Iraq which had nothing to do with AL Quada or Bin Laden. Saddam Hussein did not trust Al-Quada and he did see them as a threat to his rule in Iraq but the Neo Cons believed that it was the best opportunity to persue there policy of removing Saddam and Bush Junior may have thought that it was time to finish the job which his father and Clinton failed to do.
Driven by the desire to change the world to suite the neo con agenda, Afghastan was there for taking but failed to achieve the end goal, Failed to catch Bin Laden and spend a lot of financial resource and causing ecological damage in the Tora Bora Mountains. The Bush Administration via other contact made contact which the high command giving them communication equipment and telling them what was going to happen according to one TV report. If this was the situation, why did they dismentle the Army structure for the Iraq Army. The Bush Administration new that you could not do anything to protect the people of Iraq without using the Army the fact that the army was going to be under a new command was enough to follow that strategy . The fact that some of the soldier were royal to Saddam could not be used as an excuse for failing to do the right things and it was obvious that if the army did not have a role to play in Iraq, that was going to be a recipe for disaster.
The mess has been created and Iraq has become the breeding ground for extremists, and this has now been exported to United Kingdom and other parts of the world because of the relationship Between Tony Blair and George W Bush The Bush Administration must go back to the United Nation and ask the UN to look back and find a solution that will help to stop the fighting. One problem lies with US/UK, they are regarded as accupying force. The excuse that we are there because of the Iraq government does not hold water because first The US / UK government invaded Iraq before been invited to help, so you can not use the argument that we were invited to help.

It is based on the argument that there are countries who already have nuclear bombs in the region and Iran feels threaten and thinks that since the region is not stable, they have a right to defend themselves thus why they believe nuclear strategy is the way forward. The United Nation has to look at the nuclear debate in its totality not only looking at Iran. If what we hear that some countries in the region want to develop nuclear energy for there own use. The United nation has a duty to come up with long term solution that will protect and safe guide every country. .

Iraq will be a failed state because of the violence which is griping the country. The power brokers are watching the events folding and the only alternative solution is to engage Iran, Syria, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
